No experience is required. Our program is designed for complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

Can I try a class before signing up?

Yes! We offer a free trial class so you can experience our training, environment, and instructors before enrolling.

What should I wear to my first class?


Comfortable workout clothes are fine for your trial class. Once you enroll, we’ll guide you on the official Gracie Barra uniform (Gi).

Are classes available for kids and adults?


Yes. We offer structured programs for kids, teens, and adults, with age-appropriate classes and schedules.

How often should I train per week?


Most students train 2–3 times per week, but you can train more or less depending on your goals and availability.

Is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu safe?


Safety is a top priority. Classes are supervised by certified instructors, and techniques are taught progressively in a controlled environment.

Will Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu help me get in shape?
